ROHM LDO Regulator
The ROHM BD50FA1FP3 series, 3.3V LDO regulator is a new age device with an output current capability of 0.1A. It is most suitable for heat dissipation. As a protective function to prevent IC from destruction, this chip has built-in overcurrent protection circuit to protect the device when output is shorted and built-in thermal shutdown circuit to protect the IC during thermal overload conditions. This regulator can use a ceramic capacitor, that has a smaller size and longer life than other capacitors. It has applications in digital appliances.
