ROHM's dual fixed output secondary LDO regulators feature 2 outputs with an accuracy of ±2% and low saturation, reducing the number of external components required along with the mounting area. In addition, multiple protection circuits are integrated (i.e. overcurrent, thermal shutdown), providing a high level of reliability.
