The Microchip CMOS low dropout voltage regulators designed to supply up to 150 mA with a typical quiescent current of only 50 μA for output voltages ranging from 1.8V to 5.0V. Operates with an input voltage range from 2.0V to 28.0V. The MCP1804 can provide 100 mA output current with a typical dropout voltage of 1300 mV at 3.3V output. It offers a maximum output voltage tolerance of ±2% at +25°C and typical line regulation of ±0.15% at +25°C.
