The Nisshinbo Micro Devices Voltage LDO Regulator consists of a voltage reference unit, an error amplifier, resistors for setting output voltage, a short current limit circuit, a chip enable circuit, and so on. It features a minimum input voltage from 1.4V and the output voltage, which can be set from 0.8V to 3.6V. The output voltage of this IC is internally fixed. This IC perform with low dropout voltage due to built in transistor with low ON resistance.
