The DiodesZetex Voltage Regulators are 300mA LDO for automotive battery powered applications. It features 2.5μA quiescent current at light loads. Therefore, it suitable solution to supply always power on components, such as microcontroller and controller area network transceivers. The IC consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a resistor network for setting output voltage, a current limit circuit for current protection, and a chip enable circuit.
