The Analog Devices shunt precision, ±3.5mV, 3 pin voltage reference is a new age device with an advanced design. It eliminates the need for an external capacitor, yet it is stable with any capacitive load.

• Initial accuracy is ±0.35% maximum
• Low output noise is 4μV p-p (0.1 Hz to 10 Hz)
• No external capacitor required
• Operating current range: 100μA to 10mA
• Operating temperature ranges between −40°C and 85°C
• Output impedance is 0.3Ω maximum
• Precision 1.000V reference
• Temperature coefficient is 70ppm/°C maximum
• Ultra compact 3mm x 3mm SOT-23 package
