The SKF belt provide a very efficient and cost-effective method for transmitting power from prime mover to driven machine. Banded classical belt is made up of two or more v-belt that is joined together on the top with a reinforced rubber band. This design provide an excellent transverse rigidity that prevent belt turnover, reduce vibration and eliminate excessive belt slip in case of heavy start of the drive.
