Fluke Acoustic Imager, 7in Diagonal Display Size, 63° Field of View - FLUKE-II905

This acoustic imager visualises sound to locate leaks, partial discharge and mechanical anomalies during routine maintenance. It combines a blended acoustic SoundMap™ overlay with a visible image on a 7in capacitive touchscreen, enabling technicians in automation, electronics, electrical and mechanical fields to scan assets non‑contact and identify points of interest quickly within industrial environments.

Features & Benefits

• 1280x800 display for clear blended acoustic imagery
• 63° FOV to rapidly survey wide areas
• Frequency sensitivity to detect ultrasonic and audible sources
• Rechargeable Li‑ion battery providing 6h runtime
• IP40 enclosure for use in typical industrial settings
• On‑device LeakQ scale with leak rate and cost estimation

Applications

• Suitable for locating compressed Air and gas leaks in production lines
• Ideal for detecting partial discharge on high‑voltage equipment
• Used for first‑line mechanical inspection of conveyors and bearings
• Can be used to document leak severity and plan maintenance actions
• Suitable for integration into asset inspection workflows with annotations

How are images and data exported for reporting?

Files are exported via a USB‑C connection and saved as blended Visual and SoundMap™ JPG, PNG or MP4 formats compatible with desktop reporting tools.

What storage capacity is available for inspections?

Internal storage supports multiple gigabytes of images and videos, allowing thousands of captures and extended recording sessions.

How does the device manage noisy industrial backgrounds?

The acoustic array and selectable frequency bands filter ambient noise, producing SoundMap™ overlays that highlight relevant sources while suppressing background sounds.

What mounting options support stable capture?

A standard 1/4-20 tripod connector permits fixed mounting for steady images and repeatable inspection positions.
