What type of shielding does this data cable have?
The cable is an SF/UTP (shielded and foiled with untwisted shielded pairs) type. This means it comes with an overall Beldfoil tape shield and a braided shield with partial coverage to block EMI (electromagnetic interference) and static noise. A robust tinned copper drain wire offers additional shielding to ground irregular current, protecting you from electrical hazards.
