AT42QT1012 Single Channel QTouch® Touch Sensor IC


Microchips AT42QT1012 touch capacitive touch controller is a small 6-pin and SOT-23 package. This touch controller can be configured for one key as a single key or proximity sensor. Not to mention, the AT42QT1012 can cater for 6mm x 6mm key outlines and support different shapes and sizes. This chip can also be programmed for toggle mode or an auto-off delay and external cancel.
