0805 TFPT Series Linear PTC
A range of high stability thin-film linear PTC thermistors from Vishay in Compact SMT packages. The devices have an alumina substrate base with nickel based PTC thin film resistive element and provide high stability and repeatability over a wide temperature range.
• Operating temperature range - 55 to +150 °C
• Available in 5% or close tolerance 1% versions
• Compact 0805 size SMT package
• cUL recognized component: File E148885
• Compliant to RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC
• Halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21 definition
