DS1620/1621 Digital Thermometer & Thermostat
The DS1620/1621 is a temperature-to-digital converter with over/under-temperature alarm outputs. Temperature is supplied as a 9-bit value. Applications include PCs, mobile phones, office equipment and data loggers.
