The Vishay 293D series industrial grade TANTAMOUNT® Capacitors are solid Tantalum, surface mount with 100% matte tin terminations. The 293D series offers stable electrical parameters, high reliability and long service life; they are the suitable for use where volumetric efficiency is required.
