Use this tachometer from Testo to measure the rotational speed of an object. The device has contact and non-contact dual functionality for use in a variety of applications. The contact tachometer mode uses one of the contact wheels provided to physically measure rotation, while the non-contact tachometer mode uses the self-reflective adhesive stickers to optically measure an object's rotation.
