The Microchip 1.2MHz , PWM, boost-switching regulator. Its features an internal Schottky diode that reduces circuit board area and total solution cost. High power density is achieved with the MIC2290's internal 34V/0.5A switch, allowing it to power large loads in a tiny footprint. It implements a constant frequency 1.2MHz PWM control scheme. The high frequency operation saves board space by reducing external component sizes.
