The Yageo RC series of 0805 size resistors are constructed on top of a high-grade ceramic body. The internal metal electrodes are added on each end to make the contacts to the thick film resistive element. The resistor is laser trimmed to the rated resistance value and covered with a protective epoxy coat, finally the two external terminations; matte tin on Ni-barrier are added. This 270 kiloohm resistor has 1% of tolerance and is rated for 0.125 W of power.
