When selecting the right terminal for your application, you should consider the following;

• Wire size 'mm' (metric) or 'AWG' (American Wire Gauge)
• Tab size to which you will be connecting the terminal.
• Width of the receptacle should match the width of the tab it is mating with and vice versa.

Mating a wire with a terminal is an easy application achievable by professional and DIY users alike. Slide the appropriate wire into the tunnel on the connector and using pliers or a crimp tool apply moderate clamping pressure until a perfect union is achieved. A quick check that the wire has no movement is advised.
