RS PRO Vinyl Insulated Spade Terminal Connector (0.8 x 4.75mm)
A female fully insulated Spade connector receptacle for the quick connection and disconnection of spade terminal connectors.
The spade terminal receptacle is easy to fit to a 22 to 16 AWG wire (0.5 to 1.5mm) and is secured in place with a simple crimp termination. The bright red colour coding helps avoid accidental connection to the wrong terminal and the Vinyl insulation helps prevent electrical shocks and keeps the connector safe from liquids and debris.
Spade connectors are one of widest used connections and can be found in a large range of equipment and machinery allowing the fast and safe connection of electrical components and devices.
Applications include termination in equipment such as home appliances, computers, cars and audio connection/fast disconnect systems. Other applications include computer and peripheral equipment, industrial controllers and telecommunications equipment.
