Eaton Amber Sounder Beacon, 9 to 60 V DC Supply Voltage, 110dB - Asserta Midi Series - AS/M/SB/9-60V/R/AL

Need an alarm that's loud and clear? This sounder beacon from Eaton's Asserta Midi series has a volume of 110dB (decibels) at a 1m distance, which is about as loud as humans can safely hear. An LED bulb behind an amber lens flashes to provide an accompanying visual signal. Efficient use of light helps to save energy while producing a brightly flashing alert. The unit's housing is made from durable acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and is coloured red for immediate identification. Use this device as a safety alarm in public and industrial environments.

Features & Benefits

• IP66 (ingress protection) rating means it's projected against powerful sprays of water

• Reverse polarity protection guards against damage caused by incorrect installation

• Operating temperature range of -25°C to +60°C makes it suitable for demanding industrial environments

• Wall mounting ensures secure installation

Where are sounder beacons used?
