RS PRO 1 mm Lead Solder, +183°C Melting Point
This RS PRO solder is suitable to fuse or join parts and components on electronic devices and electrical assemblies. You can use this solder for high-quality connections with metals like brass, oxidised copper, nickel and beryllium copper.
The rapid wetting action ensures you get a quick bond between the solder and the surface. This version contains a rosin flux core so you don't need to purchase or use additional products. The rosin flux has corrosion-resistant properties that prevent oxidation and rusting.
The solder's lead and tin alloy provides an excellent spread that cools well, ensuring your joint has fewer flaws. It conforms to IPC-J-STD-004B quality control specifications, which means the solder was tested and classified as suitable for use in most electronic applications. You can use this product on white goods, electronic toys and circuit boards.
