This is a Rosin based Solder wire formulated for use in high reliability electronic assemblies where pure Rosin core does not provide fast spreading and solder wetting action and the use of activated Rosin residues may be electronically less reliable. Residue Removal is not required but may be removed with Isopropanol or most PCB Cleaning chemistries.
