The RS Pro Hexagon socket head cap screws are used to affix two or more components and are ideal for a wide range of applications, from automotive to wind farms, covering manufacturing, repair, and maintenance work. Their knurled cylindrical head with a hexagonal internal drive allows for easy tightening and loosening using an Allen key, offering better torque control than traditional tools. Made from high-strength grade 12.9 carbon steel, they outperform standard grade 8.8 bolts by providing greater clamping force, fewer holes, stronger assemblies, reduced installation time, and lower costs. A Bright Zinc Plated (BZP) finish offers good corrosion resistance.
