SICK Female 5 way M12, Straight to 5 way Unterminated Sensor Actuator Cable, 2 m

This sensor actuator cable provides a robust electrical connection between M12 devices and control equipment in industrial environments. It is designed for sensor and actuator wiring, offering a sealed Interface at the connector end and unterminated conductors at the opposite end for flexible field termination. The cable is intended for continuous use in automated systems and areas where mechanical movement and exposure to oils occur.

The PUR-sheathed construction supports drag-chain operation with a bending radius greater than 10x cable diameter and a rated 5,000,000 bending cycles, permitting sustained motion in automated systems.

For flexible operation the cable functions between −25°C and +80°C, while stationary installations extend down to −40°C with the head rated to +85°C.

It withstands torsion of 180°/1m with 2,000,000 torsion cycles and supports traversing speeds up to 3.3m/s for moving applications.

The M12 straight female connector uses a screw-lock Interface with a zinc die-cast nickel-plated nut and a TPU connector housing, sealed with FKM material for environmental resistance.
