The Alliance Memory Low power CMOS static random access memory is organized as 65,536 words by 16 bits and is fabricated using high-performance, reliable CMOS technology. It features stable standby current across the operating temperature range. The device includes embedded error-correcting code (ECC) capable of correcting single-bit errors per byte. It is designed for low-power applications and is especially suitable for battery-backed non-volatile memory use. The memory operates from a single 2.7V to 3.6V power supply and has fully TTL-compatible inputs and outputs.
