It offers a soft and fast switching. It is Lead, halogen and Antimony free and offers high reliability. The operating temperature range for this device is from -55°C to +150°C.
Maximum average rectified output current is 2 A Peak repetitive reverse voltage VRRM is 100 V, and peak forward surge current IFSM is 65 A Forward voltage drop VF is 0.78 V
