OMRON Safety Relay, 50 (H) x 13 (W) x 24mm (D), 5PST-NO/SPST-NC Contact Configuration - G7SA Series - G7SA5A1BDC24BYOMZ

Keep your automated operations in line with this safety relay from OMRON. As it's a forcibly guided relay, the normally open and normally closed contacts won't work at the same time. This means you can be sure it switches reliably when faults occur. The 5PST-NO and SPST-NC configuration lets you combine the relay with signals and switches and build a complete safety circuit. There are pins for through-hole mounting on PCBs and the unit also plugs into G7SA sockets (such as 264-7448). These have push-in terminals for speedy installation on DIN rails, making the relay a cinch to fit in junction boxes and on control panels in heavy plant and manufacturing settings.

Features & Benefits

• Reinforced insulation between inputs and outputs to prevent shocks
• Mechanical durability of at least 10,000,000 operations for a long service life
• Works safely in temperatures between -40°C and +85°C
• Gold-plated silver-alloy contacts for lasting reliability
• Flux-tight sealing for safe soldering

Applications

• Automotive manufacturing
• Materials production
• Electronics assembly
• Pharmaceutical industry

Does this safety relay operate quickly?

Yes. This relay has a switching frequency of 36,000 operations per hour and a maximum response time of 20ms, so it kicks in almost instantly.

Standards

KS C IEC 61810-1, EN 50205, EN 61984, UL 508, CE Marking.
