Eaton Safety Interlock Switch, 2NC Actuator Included, M20 CoOnnection - LS4 ZB Series - 106817 LS-02-ZB

Use this safety-rated interlock switch from Eaton to prevent access to equipment while dangerous processes are in operation. As a mechanically actuated interlock switch, it isolates the power to the appliance when the safety gate is opened, helping you to ensure a safe working environment for personnel. Interlock switches of this type prevent any attempts to override the switch, reducing the risk of injury. The switch is supplied with a 2NC (normally closed) actuator, so you don't need additional components to install it.

Features & Benefits

• Wide operating temperature range of -25°C to +70 °C makes it suitable for use in harsh industrial environments

• IP65/66 rating means it's protected from dust and sprays of water

• Cage clamp terminals help you quickly make secure electrical connections

How do I connect a cage clamp terminal?

To connect a cage clamp terminal, insert a standard flat-bladed screwdriver and use a rocking motion to hold the clamp open. Then take a stripped solid or stranded wire and insert the end. When you remove the screwdriver, the wire is automatically clamped.
