RS PRO Type PT100 Thermocouple, 150 mm Length, 6 mm Diameter, -50°C to +450°C


Use this RS PRO RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector) sensor to reliably measure temperatures. Electrical current passes through the sensor to determine the temperature based on the level of resistance. This method provides a high level of repeatability and accuracy in readings.

This RTD sensor is suitable for extremely hot and cold environments as it can sense temperatures between -50°C and +450°C. A transmitter is fitted onto the terminal head to allow you to take readings at a variety of ranges. The head is crafted from an aluminium alloy that makes it resistant to weathering and corrosion, so it's suitable for outdoor use.

Thanks to the sensor's 316-grade stainless steel material, it's durable and resistant to corrosion. It can be used to measure the temperature of a wide range of liquids and gases.
