Eaton Handle For Use With P3 Switch Disconnector, Rotary Type - 172841 SVB-P3/M
Take hold of your safety processes with this red and yellow rotary handle from Eaton. When combined with a P3 switch disconnector, this handy device de-energises dangerous machinery and allows you to safely perform maintenance or repair work. For simplicity, it has two positions, which you can choose between by turning it through 90°. Moving the dial to the off position shuts down electrical energy immediately. This is especially useful in emergencies, where you need to take charge of the situation. You'll often find handles like this in substations and large electrical distribution circuits.
• Broad operating temperature range between -25°C and +50°C, so you can use it in challenging conditions
• Mountable on 400mm deep cabinets using a P1/P3-M400 extension shaft for greater versatility
• IP65 rating on full assembly for protection from dust and water projected from a nozzle
Is this unit lockable?
Yes. For additional security, this handle is designed for locking with a maximum of three padlocks. This keeps you safe by ensuring no one else switches the machine back on while you're hard at work on it.
