440E Switches: The Allen Bradley Guardmaster 440E Rope Pull Switches have a steel wire rope which is connected to latching pull switches, so that when the rope is pulled in any direction along the length the switch is instantly tripped to stop the moving apparatus, minimising risk of injury and risk of damage to equipment.

A cable pull switch, also known as grab wire switches or rope pull switches, are a common type of emergency stop and safeguarding measure. They allow personnel to stop moving machinery anywhere along its length instead of at just one point on the apparatus and can be used over a long distance.
