The Renold SD simplex single cranked cottered chain is a steel type connecting link. This chain link is designed for heavy-duty construction machinery. It has two connecting pins riveted onto an outer plate. The clearance fit connecting plate is secured by a spring clip that snaps into the grooves of the protruding pins. This product has fail-safe to ensure optimum efficiency and the safety of the machinery’s operators. The chain has better wear resistance due to its large bearing area.
