Microchip Technology RF Receiver
The Microchip Technology MICRF007 is a single chip, 8-pin surface mount SOIC package, ON-OFF Keyed (ASK/OOK) RF receiver. It has a voltage rating of 5.5V. This device is a true "antenna-in to data-out" monolithic device. All RF and IF tuning is accomplished automatically within the IC, which eliminates manual tuning and reduces production costs. It is a conventional superheterodyne receiver, with a local oscillator fixed at a single frequency based on an external reference crystal or clock.
Features and Benefits
• Automatic tuning, no manual adjustment
• CMOS logic interface to standard decoder and microprocessor ICs
• Complete UHF receiver on a monolithic chip
• Data rates up to 3.2kbps NRZ
• Extremely low external part count
• Frequency ranges between 300MHz and 440MHz
• Low power consumption
• Low voltage operation
• No filters or inductors required
• Operating temperature ranges between -40°C and 85°C
