3M™ Scotch-Weld™ EPX™ DP460
3M™ Scotch Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive DP460 is a two part toughened epoxy adhesive that delivers an exceptional performance with high shear and peel strength. The adhesive keeps it bond strength in high and low temperatures, which is perfect for the most demanding applications. It bonds to a wide range of materials such as metals, ceramics, wood, fibreboard, glass, rubber and plastics.
Application Times
The mix ratio of the DP460 Epoxy Resin is 2:1 for a quick dispensing and with a 60 minute working time, so this epoxy adhesive allows for an extended period of time for repositioning of parts. The adhesive reaches handling strength after approximately 4 hours and is fully cured in 24 hours.
