4D Serial Pi Adaptor


4D Systems' Serial Pi Adaptor is an adaptor board which enables most of the 4D Systems display modules to connect to the Raspberry Pi platform with a single 5-pin connection. The Serial Pi Adaptor provides a serial interface with a direct IO connection to the Raspberry Pi. The adaptor passes the power from the Raspberry Pi to the Display Module, therefore no external power is required.
The 4D Serial Pi Adaptor comes with some of 4D Systems' -PI Module Packs. The Serial Adaptor is compatible with Raspberry Pi A, B and B+.
