The Infineon Off-line SMPS Current mode controller comes complete with integrated 650V CoolMOS and start up cell (frequency jitter mode). The PMIC BiCMOS technology has a 26V VCC range that covers the changes in the auxiliary supply when the CV/CC regulation is applied to the secondary side.
