Robox SmartReel Filament
Robox materials are supplied on a SmartReel which holds data about temperature settings, print speed, diameter and even the amount of filament which has been used on that reel. As a user this makes printing very easy, you load the filament and AutoMaker will automatically change to the settings saved on the reel.

Each reel is sealed in a reusable zip lock bag with a sachet of silica gel to control moisture. The bag is then placed in a sturdy windowed box for shipping.
Included on the reel is an eeprom which can be read by a Robox® device. The eeprom stores data on the material and statistics of use.

Compatible with any printer which accepts 1.75mm filament. The Eeprom requires a reader which is fitted to all Robox® units.
SmartReel™ stores a preset print profile which is read by Robox to automatically set vital extrusion characteristics. SmartReel™ can be re-written to your own profiles using appropriate software.
techABS is similar to ABS but has a new formula to reduce shrinkage therefore warping. techABS is easy to carve, cut, sand, machine, glue, paint and otherwise finish like regular ABS. techABS filament also has similar impact and flex resistance to our regular ABS
