This RS PRO pleated panel filter uses a polyester (PET) medium that captures coarse dust particles as they pass into your ventilation system. The PET's thermobonded, non-woven structure stops larger particles from breaking through for improved air quality. This material is also flame-retardant and moisture-resistant, providing extra safety and resilience.

The filter's G4 grade means it will remove coarser dust, while its internal pre-filter layer will stop larger particles in their tracks. The pleated filter structure creates a larger surface area for harmful dust particles to get caught in while maintaining a constant flow of air.

This product is sealed tightly to its steel frame to prevent breakages and leaks. The frame itself is coated in zinc, which stops corrosion and helps keep the filter secure and effective.
