Made from nickel-plated brass, it's strong and resistant to corrosion. Inside there's a polyamide insert, chloroprene rubber seal and nitrile rubber O-ring to deliver protection to an IP68 rating, which means the unit is dust-tight and suitable for temporary immersion in water.
