Tektronix Oscilloscope Probes


The Tektronix passive voltage oscilloscope probe is used on BNC oscilloscopes with 1Mohm/13pF input. It has an attenuation of 10X with 10Mohm input resistance.

It is high-quality passive voltage probes suitable for general purpose replacements. Each probe features compensation trimmers to allow matching to instruments.
