Keysight Technologies Oscilloscope Probe, BNC Connector Type, For Use With InfiniiVision and Infiniium Series - N287XA Series - N2870A

Put your circuit design to the test with this oscilloscope probe from Keysight Technologies. It's compatible with oscilloscopes in the InfiniiVision and Infiniium series, so you're assured of an ideal fit. The probe tip has a small diameter of just 2.5mm, making it easier to precisely test small components and connections on fine-pitched PCBs. Spring loading keeps the oscilloscope in place during testing to ensure accurate results. This product also comes with five different IC caps for IC lead pitches between 0.5 and 1.27mm to maintain correct alignment.

Features & Benefits

• Light weight of 48g for ease of handling
• Cable length of 1.3m for a good reach
• Broad operating temperature range between 0°C and +50°C for use in challenging environments

Applications
