RS PRO Brass Hex Nut, Plain, M4

Some of the most common nuts available, hex nuts are popular for their tight fit and durability. These small M4-sized brass hex nuts from RS PRO can be used with anchors, bolts and threaded rods – as well as any other fastener with machine screw threads. The hexagonal, six-sided shape allows them to be tightened and loosened easily with a simple spanner.

Made from solid brass, these hex nuts are hardwearing and corrosion-resistant. Because brass oxidises slower than other materials, the nuts are well-suited to outdoor use and water environments without having to worry about rust. It's also anti-magnetic, so they remain unaffected by magnetic fields.

Part of the RS PRO range, these nuts have been tested for quality and safety. They conform to the international metric standard DIN 934 (Deutsches Institut für Normung, or the German Institute for Standardisation) for industrial fasteners.
