Single-Pin Kelvin Probes

The Tektronix single-pin kelvin probes is two single fixed-pin probes. Each probe has source and sense leads and color-coded safety banana plugs. They are designed for applications that require Kelvin resistance measurements with the convenience of a single point of circuit contact.
