RS PRO Offline Uninterruptible Power Supplies

RS PRO is proud to introduce a series of Offline Uninterruptible Power Supplies. These superb UPS units are designed for electronic equipment that can tolerate a delay of 5ms. These devices keep equipment such as computers safe when there is a loss in primary power source. Our offline UPS are standalone units that supply the AC mains power directly to the load. RS PRO Offline UPS has been tested and approved for reliability.

What is an Uninterruptible Power Supply used for?

An uninterruptible power supply (UPS) is designed to give your computers, servers, server rooms, and data centers power in the case of any unexpected energy cut-off or in similar applications. These power supply devices contain a battery that only turns on during power failures and guarantees power to your systems. This enables the user to save their current tasks and shut down the software. Uninterruptable power supplies ensure mission-critical data loss can be prevented.

FAQs

What's the difference between an offline and an online UPS?

An offline UPS supplies the AC mains power directly to the load under normal conditions and switches to the battery backup in the event of an outage. This means a brief disruption of about 5ms (milliseconds) to the power supply. An online UPS supplies the AC electricity through a rectifier and inverter at all times, so there's no interruption in power.

Warning

This UPS is provided with a G-type mains plug.
