RS PRO HDMI-to-VGA Cable, Male-to-Male, 1.8m

Got legacy audiovisual equipment you need to connect to newer devices with HDMI ports? This VGA-to-HDMI cable from RS PRO offers increased compatibility, linking old-style Video Graphics Array (VGA) ports to High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HMDI) sockets. It uses an active converter with a chipset to transform digital HDMI signals to analogue Super Video Graphics Arrays (SVGA).
The cable's contacts are highly resistant to corrosion – gold-plated on the HDMI connector, nickel on the VGA end – and they're housed in impact-resistant thermoplastic. This means the cable is hard-wearing and will last a long time. The VGA connector is also fitted with finger screws, so you won't need additional tools to secure the connection.
HDMI is replacing SVGA as the standard connection for audiovisual devices across home entertainment and commercial settings. This cable will enable you to extend the working life of existing equipment while using it with newer devices.
