AVX 0201 X7R Dielectric Capacitors
AVX 0201 X7R dielectric is a temperature stable ceramic capacitor and falls in to EIA class 11 materials. The X7R Capacitance varies under the influence of electrical operating conditions such as voltage and frequency. Its temperature variation of capacitance is within ±15% from -55°C to +125°C. This capacitance change is non-linear. These ceramic multilayer capacitors suit a broad variety of industrial applications where known changes in capacitance due to applied voltages are acceptable.
