ShieldBuddy for AURIX TC275

The AURIX TC275 microcontroller from Infineon is a triple TriCore™ 32-bit device with many features designed to help your design meet the Functional Safety standard of ISO 26262 ASIL-D for automotive ADAS applications. The ShieldBuddy development board from Hitex has an Arduino™ Mega form factor and provides the user with access to a large range of accessory boards or Shields.

• SAK-TC275T-64F200W 200MHz triple TriCore safety MCU with 4MB ECC eFlash memory, 472KB ECC SRAM
• Two cores have 'shadows' running in clock lockstep for error/failure detection
• On-chip Safety Management Unit
• TC275 Operating Temperature Range: -40 to +125°C
• Direct USB debug interface
• Power supply: +5V via USB connector or +9 to +12Vdc via barrel connector
• Supplied with basic drivers for DS-ADC, SAR, GTM, GPT, CCU6, ASC, LIN, SPI, QSPI and Ethernet
• Development tools based on HighTec Free Aurix Toolchain and Arduino IDE
• Compatible with: AUTOSAR V3.2 and V4.x
• A compatible 30A DC Motor Control Shield is available under RS Part No. 906-2874.

Note

Hitex can supply a Safety ShieldBuddy version with on-board CIC61508 safety monitor for use with SafeTlib for high integrity applications.
