Raspberry Pi Compute Module 3 IO Board

The Compute Module 3 IO Board (CMIO V3) is suitable for the development of Compute Module 3 or Compute Module 3 Lite. Also the IO Board has an SD card socket to support the Compute Module Lite 3 variant. To start the development, plug the Compute Module 3 or Compute Module 3 Lite into the IO Board. The IO board provides the necessary power, to set up Raspbian and program the module.

Compute Modules 3 are available at RS:

RS 1232011 - Compute Module 3 – with eMMC Flash and the SD/eMMC

RS 1232012 - Compute Module 3 Lite – not fitted with eMMC Flash and the SD/eMMC interface. But pins are available for the designer to connect their own SD/eMMC device.

Note

Raspberry Pi guarantee the availability of CM3 and CM3 Lite until at least January 2023.
