The three shelves give you plenty of options for storage. You could have a colour printer on one shelf, a black-and-white printer on another and accessories such as toner or paper on the third. The four castor wheels mean you can easily move the stand, and two of the wheels are lockable to keep it secured in position when printers are in use.
