Druck's pressure modules are interchangeable and require no setup or calibration, they represent the latest development within digital output sensor technology. Druck's pressure modules can be used in in a number of applications, mainly in conjunction with Druck's pneumatic and hydraulic pressure stations and Druck's multifunction calibrators - forming an integrated pressure calibrator for test and calibration of pressure instruments such as transmitters, transducers, switches, gauges, indicators and recorders. Druck's pressure modules can also be combined with the Druck’s module carriers, which adds a dual-channel pressure management capability that can be re-arranged within seconds.

The "IS" in the name or MPN of a pressure module stands for "intrinsically safe", if an item is intrinsically safe it means that it is incapable of releasing sufficient electrical and thermal energy under normal or abnormal conditions. This results in the item not being able to cause ignition of a specific hazardous atmospheric mixture in its most easily ignited concentration. If the pressure module you are purchasing is intrinsically safe, please note that it will only be compatible with other Druck intrinsically safe products.
