The Si834x is a smart switch ideally suited to drive any 12 V or 24 V load. It offers a fully integrated solution with safety isolation, diagnostics, and protection to drive up to 4 channels of inductive or resistive loads at up to 2 A of continuous current in a compact DFN-32 package. It can be purchased as a high-side, low-side or push-pull switch to meet a broad range of system requirements. Its controlled via a simple parallel interface, or a feature-rich SPI interface.
